Why would you need training in Generative leadership and teamworking skills?

For the past decade there have been changes in a number of conditions regarding daily life in our part of the world. In many ways our society has become more and more inhuman.

An extreme focus on goals/results, money and materialism, combined with the free flow of international capital, dramatic cutbacks in costs and in the workforce and a very inflated competitive ego has produced a lop-sided and dangerous variety of egoism and self-centeredness based on a "might is right" principle. No one cares how people feel.

Many times important decisions are based on short-term financial gains instead of considering the whole picture and applying a far-reaching, generative approach.

Gradually, quite a few people have lost their faith in the leading figures in politics and business when it has been revealed that high-impact decisions were mainly self-serving, made at the expense of the best interests of society and their fellow man. Many people no longer feel that our leaders display quality leadership abilities and that they do not set a good example with their behavior and work ethics.

This is no one's fault. But it is everyone's responsibility.

Shouldn't we all be more accountable for the part we play in society?

Shouldn't the greedy egoism and self-centeredness that so often characterize attitudes and behavior today be set aside in favor of reasonable partnerships and collaborative efforts that are beneficial to one and all? All because the old patterns are not good enough.

The awareness process has already begun.

Our world can never become a better place until mankind gains insight into the positive force of compassion, and people change their behavior and their actions according to these values.

The key is increased awareness, new ways of thinking, new insights and the knowledge of what compassionate working conditions actually involve and how they may be developed within your own organization.
