Center for the Development of Generative Leadership and Team-working Skills

Our leadership center has a beautiful view of the sea. It is located at the charming fishermens village Smögen on the scenic west coast of Sweden. By car approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes from Göteborg and 2 hours and 45 minutes from Oslo.

This relaxing setting creates a welcoming and empowering environment. The pleasant surroundings, the warmth of the open hearth and the general atmosphere here will open your senses to significant ideas. Here you will find insight and knowledge about personal leadership issues, generative techniques and how to create good relationships in your professional and personal life.

Pleasant accommodations are available at the Sea Lodge offering 15 refurbished rooms with a total of 42 beds, quite a few with nice ocean views. We can also arrange a wide program of activities such as ocean "safari" and fishing trips, lobster fishing, sub-diving with both modern as well as traditional wooden boats, all year around.

Insight Center is emerging as an international empowerment center for managers, employees and other players in the community and in the business sector that wish to promote an understanding for, and to implement, generative leadership and team-working skills based on values such as empathy, appreciation, responsibility and fellowship.

The Insight Center is a place for people to focus on the basics for a few days, values you rarely have the time or the opportunity to reflect on in everyday life.

The activities offered at the center help people develop a sense of inner assurance and learn skills that promote harmony in their professional and personal lives—while also teaching them to shape their future!

Our work at the Insight Center provides you with insight as to how employees can promote good management and how managers can empower their team.

We offer both new and old clients the opportunity to use the Insight Center for courses and for company retreats.
