Personal Leadership support is a method to develop a leadership style that is fully integrated with the tasks managers perform at different levels within the organization, and will be tailored to suit each individual manager.
Upon agreement of a plan, we conduct a series of individual meetings intended to help managers develop both their area of responsibilities and their own leadership style based on business objectives.


Personnel reduction/outplacement
Strategic, practical and personal counselling for companies, organizations and individuals with regard to the restructuring and reduction of personnel.
Personal counselling with regard to the change and development of future career moves.
